Overview of the Company
Canon ITS, headquartered in Chesapeake VA, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon USA, with approximately 118,000 employees worldwide. Our organization provides support services for all small office and consumer products, including digital cameras, camcorders, printers, fax machines, copiers, calculators, and binoculars. Our location operates within an 80,000 square foot facility and staffs in excess of 500 employees.

Our primary function is to provide technical support to Canon customers within the USA. By using state-of-the-art-technology, we are able to provide solutions for our customers via telephone, e-mail, internet, and fax.

While technical support is our specialty, the service doesn’t stop there. We handle numerous other types of inquiries regarding Canon products within our facility. Our Pre-Sales team assists customers on questions related to product features, functionality, and "where to buy".
